Welcome to APRFIT Wellness (“APRFIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aprfit.com (the “Site”) and any digital products, programs, or content we sell or provide, including but not limited to the Desk-to-Fit 6-Week Program, the 9-5 Back Rescue Kit, and the APRFIT 9-5 Club membership (collectively, the “Products”).

By accessing the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase any Product.

1. Who We Are

APRFIT Wellness is a digital fitness platform designed for sedentary office and remote workers. We provide downloadable PDF calendars, instructional video routines, and progress-tracking spreadsheets. We do not sell, ship, or provide any physical equipment. All Products are delivered digitally.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase Products from APRFIT. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of Our Products

All APRFIT Products are virtual and downloadable digital goods. This means:

  • No physical items are shipped to you.
  • Access is provided via instant download links and/or a member account immediately after successful payment.
  • Products include video routines, PDF guides and calendars, and spreadsheet templates, depending on which Product you purchase.

4. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

APRFIT Products are general fitness and wellness content intended for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, and APRFIT is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician, physical therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider.

  • You should consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns about your ability to participate in physical activity.
  • You participate in any routine, stretch, or exercise shown or described in our Products entirely at your own risk.
  • APRFIT, its founders, employees, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Products.
  • Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including pain relief, weight loss, or fitness improvement.

5. Purchases and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change at any time without notice. Changes will not affect Products you have already purchased.
  • Payments on the Site are processed through Payonus, our third-party payment gateway. By making a purchase, you also agree to Payonus’s applicable terms of service and privacy policy governing the handling of your payment information.
  • We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Payment data is handled directly by Payonus in accordance with its own security standards.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. APRFIT is not responsible for failed deliveries or access issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

6. Subscription Products (APRFIT 9-5 Club)

The APRFIT 9-5 Club is a recurring monthly membership billed at the rate displayed at the time of purchase (currently $19/month).

  • Your subscription will automatically renew each month and your payment method will be charged automatically via Payonus, until you cancel.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@aprfit.com. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless covered under our refund policy below.
  • We reserve the right to change the price of the subscription with at least 14 days’ advance notice sent to your email on file. Continued use of the subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue the APRFIT 9-5 Club at any time, in which case active subscribers will be notified and any pre-paid, unused period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Desk-to-Fit 6-Week Program and the 9-5 Back Rescue Kit, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date by emailing support@aprfit.com with your order number.
  • Because these are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, we may ask that you confirm you have made a genuine attempt to follow the program (e.g., completed at least part of the first two weeks) before issuing a refund, in order to prevent abuse of this policy.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Payonus and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

For the APRFIT 9-5 Club subscription:

  • New subscribers may request a refund of their first month’s payment within 30 days of the initial charge.
  • Subsequent monthly renewal charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine, in good faith, to be fraudulent or abusive (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the Products — including videos, PDFs, calendars, spreadsheets, branding, graphics, and text — is the property of APRFIT Wellness and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share your downloaded content with others;
  • Upload our videos, PDFs, or materials to any public website, forum, or file-sharing service;
  • Use our content to create a competing product or service;
  • Remove or obscure any copyright notice contained in the Products.

Violation of this section may result in termination of your access without refund and potential legal action.

9. Account Responsibilities

If a Product requires you to create an account (such as the APRFIT 9-5 Club), you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • All activity that occurs under your account;
  • Notifying us immediately at support@aprfit.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APRFIT Wellness and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party services, including but not limited to Payonus for payment processing and various hosting and email delivery providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service interruptions of these third parties.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Product or the Site, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused our content.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or Products after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing customers by email.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts located in Lagos, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
